It is collaborating the community professionals with the support of SKY HELP FINANCIAL. It is serving Indiana & the United States' Faith-Based, Ethnic & Inter Continental Organizations with no-cost Educational Seminars on important Health & Wealth concepts, conducted by their BOARD OF EDUCATORS. It actively organizes a vibrant in-person connecting opportunity for everyone through their networking group called INDY UNITED. These collaborative, educational & connective efforts lead to a motivational celebration in the name of UNITY AWARDS GALA to present few Life Time Achievement Awards, a Mesmerizing Runway, and a world class Talent Show from various inter continental & ethnic communities. It utilizes any incoming donations to cater free educational seminars conducted by their board of medical & financial licensed professionals. It also look to seek sponsorships to raise funds for their annual gala. It is a 501c3 registered, so all donations are tax deductible!

Yogesh Sethi grew up in an Indian Punjabi Family as the eldest child of his parents. Although, he finished his schooling in Delhi, he had also lived in Bombay to secure his Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering, before moving to United States. He had worked almost 24 years in Healthcare Technology as an employee of GE Healthcare, Canon Medical, Ascension St Vincent Hospital, IU Health etc. to handle the service & management of equipment like MRI, CT, & PET scanners. Being an MBA during this tenure, he also held Director level positions right until COVID hit the humanity. That major health drop-down sparked him to do something in the field of Finance, as the entire economy got shutdown and we all were out of jobs. Hence, he added his licensing in the segment of Life & Health related financial services, where he now help the community finding out the best strategies for them & their family to not only stay protected but also think of available long term safe money growing practices towards their children & retirement, under the banner of Sky HELP. He actively coach new aspiring professionals to educate on the ethical practices of Financial Services. On a personal level, he has 2 children from his first marriage, and an infant from the second marriage. His wife Maria is from the export and banking sector with a license in financial services. He is always a community person and always find ways to connect with other people from different faith or professional backgrounds, and his hobbies include family gatherings, singing traditional songs & playing racquetball with friends. Apart from being a wealth educator in this empowering community hub, he also serve in the board for a local multi-faith community!

Sky HELP provide a 6-weeks 1099-income-earning coaching program for aspiring financial professionals to benefit ARM. It guides the individuals for completing all the steps, along with providing in-depth knowledge of Financial Industry. This helps them decide how they want to work and which company suits their style!
Ms Maria comes from export and logistics background. She was born and raised in Colombia. She is married to Yogesh Sethi, and holds a financial professional license along with her MBA in International Business. She and Yogesh has an infant together. She is happy to serve the intercontinental community, and is passionate to drive ARM for a successful wellness & motivational retreat.
Ms Navjot Kaur has been currently working in Healthcare IT, and has an extensive background in Healthcare Billing, Coding & Claims management. On top of that, she carries a Realtor license to help support the community in their commercial & housing projects. She is soon to be an up coming new venture entrepreneur, and although she has been living in USA from last 30 years, she is still deeply tied to her roots. She is fluent in English, Punjabi & Hindi. She is proudly playing the roles of a mother, daughter, sister & a wife. She is very excited to join our mission of empowering Inter-Continental communities with the help of Collaboration, Education, Connection, Motivation & Celebration!

Deepak is a dedicated healthcare professional and a long-term resident of Indiana with over 22 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. He currently serves as the Supervising Physical Therapist at Nova Medical Center, where he plays a vital role in helping Hoosiers recover from workplace injuries and return to their livelihoods. With specialized training in Orthopedics and Neurology, Deepak integrates both disciplines to deliver effective and expedited rehabilitation outcomes for his patients.
Beyond his professional career, Deepak is a passionate community leader and entrepreneur. He is the founder and operator of Bhangra Bangers Dance Academy, where he has mentored and shaped numerous aspiring young dancers across Indiana. His dedication to cultural arts and community engagement extends to his involvement in various nonprofit initiatives, including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Balagokulum at HTCI. He has also actively organized and participated in numerous local dance and cultural events.
As a researcher and innovator in the field of Physical Therapy, Deepak has contributed significantly to the advancement of rehabilitation sciences, helping develop specialty programs that improve patient care and recovery outcomes. His leadership, expertise, and commitment to service make him a valuable asset to any nonprofit board.
Deepak is married to Dr. Harmeet Sarao, MD, and together they have three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality moments with his family and their beloved dog, Dory, watching movies, and, most importantly, listening to his wife—always.
